Stone Sports Shipping Policy

At Stone Sports, we are committed to delivering your order promptly, securely, and accurately. Please review our shipping policy for information on order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, and any additional details to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Order Processing Time
- In-Stock Items: Orders placed by 2 PM PST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
- Custom Orders or Backordered Items: Processing for these items may take 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email if your item falls into this category.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Fees

We offer a range of shipping options through trusted carriers to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 Business Days) Rates vary based on location and order weight. Pricing is provided at checkout.
- Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day): Available for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

Note: Shipping fees may be higher for oversized or heavy items. These fees will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipping: Stone Sports ships to addresses within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: Available for an additional fee calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

5. Delays & Issues
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Should any delay occur, we will inform you promptly.
